Dacuum was founded in 2017 in Changzhou National High-tech Zone, covers a 50,000 ㎡ intelligent manufacturing base and has a South China sales and service center in Songshan Lake, Dongguan. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, precision manufacturing, global sales and full-life-cycle services of vacuum equipment.
In 2025, the company won the dual certifications of Jiangsu Provincial "Gazelle Enterprise" and "Green Factory", establishing a complete innovation qualification system of "Gazelle Enterprise - High-tech Enterprise - Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Novel Enterprise". Relying on core vacuum patents and two R&D centers, and benchmarking against ISO 9001/14001/45001, the company has built a 2000 m³/h constant temperature and humidity processing and testing workshop, as well as a dust-free assembly and testing workshop, realizing ERP/MES digital twin management and control, 100% online inspection of key processes, and delivering high-reliability vacuum pumps to the world.
Focusing on strategic industries such as lithium batteries, pharmaceuticals and semiconductors, the company cooperates with leading customers including CATL, BYD, China Innovation Aviation, Samsung and LG to create efficiency growth. With "technology-driven + green intelligent manufacturing" as the dual engine, Dacuum is continuously releasing the Chinese power of industrial vacuum.

Technical Breakthroughs

Due to the high design complexity and strong manufacturing process barriers of screw vacuum pumps, there have been obvious shortcomings in domestic related technical reserves and industrialization practice for a long time, resulting in the market being monopolized by imported brands for a long time.
Faced with this "bottleneck" dilemma in the industry, Dacuum has launched a special independent R&D project for screw vacuum pumps since 2021. Through continuous efforts, the company has fully mastered core technologies such as screw profile design and low-energy consumption design, possessing the ability to independently complete the full-process design and manufacturing of products, and the performance of the produced equipment is comparable to that of imported brands.
At present, Dacuum has achieved technological breakthroughs and serialized mass production of two types of screw vacuum pumps: equal-diameter variable-pitch and variable-diameter variable-pitch. The products have successfully entered high-end industrial fields such as lithium battery manufacturing and achieved large-scale application.

2017

Changzhou Dacheng Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

2018

The contact heating fully automatic vacuum drying line has successfully achieved mass production;
the vacuum pump project has started pre-research;

2020

The sales volume of vacuum drying equipment exceeds 100 lines,
and the EV fully automatic vacuum drying line has achieved mass production.

2021

The first prototype of the vacuum pump has successfully passed the test run.

2022-2023

The serialized development of vacuum pumps;
build a digital system to achieve the integration of enterprise management and control.

2023

The Changzhou manufacturing base has been completed, with a building area of up to 50,000 ㎡.

2024

The vacuum pump products have been applied on a large scale;
taking the lead in undertaking the key project of "Ultrasonic Microscope" for scientific instruments of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

2025

The company has simultaneously won the dual certifications of Jiangsu Provincial "Gazelle Enterprise" and "Green Factory".
