Introduction

The core components of the DPH vacuum unit are screw pumps and Roots pumps, representing a model of efficient integration in modern industrial vacuum technology. By intelligently combining a dry screw vacuum pump as the backing pump with a Roots vacuum pump, it fully leverages the advantages of both, delivering high pumping speed, high energy efficiency and clean vacuum performance over a wider pressure range.
The complete unit features core strengths including oil-free cleanliness, low noise, energy saving, stability and durability. Wide pumping speed range

The pumping speed ranges from 1000 m³/h to 7000 m³/h. The Roots pump and screw pump work in a scientifically coordinated manner: the screw pump quickly completes rough pumping and pressure establishment, while the Roots pump accurately boosts pressure and improves efficiency, achieving dual breakthroughs in pumping speed and vacuum degree.The ultimate vacuum can reach below 0.1 Pa, easily adapting to the vacuum requirements of different chambers and production lines with varying capacities, and greatly shortening the process cycle.

Equipped with a high-resolution touch screen, it creates an intuitive graphical human-machine interface. The operation logic is clear and concise, with key operating parameters visible at a glance. The system supports real-time panoramic monitoring of the vacuum unit status, and immediately triggers multi-stage audible and visual alarms with precise positioning in the event of an abnormality, realizing intelligent management of the whole process from interaction to operation and maintenance.
