Capability Overview

Vacuum pumps of different configurations and vacuum pumping under various pressures can meet operational requirements. Continuous vacuum pumping is available. Vacuum units with wide pressure range and high pumping speed are suitable for baking of high-capacity power batteries and energy storage batteries. High pumping speed and fast-cycle vacuum pumping units are applicable to helium inspection and liquid injection of lithium batteries. High-pressure continuous vacuum equipment is suitable for pulping, stirring, mixing and other processes in the front section of lithium battery production.

DACUUM Vacuum System: Optimize Cell Vacuum Drying, Elevate Oven Efficiency

Traditional vacuum setups for lithium battery cell vacuum drying suffer from low utilization rate, frequent downtime and unstable pressure control. Dacuum has developed an innovative combined rough & fine pumping system integrated with intelligent cluster management. This system supports multi-furnace operation with one unit and features redundant backup capability. It steadily maintains the process pressure within 30-80 Pa, improving the consistency of cell drying. Meanwhile, it cuts equipment investment and energy consumption, ensures continuous and safe production of the production line, and delivers an all-in-one vacuum process solution for lithium battery manufacturing.

Dacuum DPH260/2600 Screw Vacuum Pump
Empowering Lithium Battery Electrolyte Filling Process

In the lithium battery cell electrolyte filling process, vacuum pumps are responsible for degassing before filling, assisting infiltration during filling, and exhausting after filling, which directly affects the cycle life of battery cells. This process requires a stable vacuum of 50–150 Pa and a filling cycle of ≤ 60 seconds per cell, while preventing corrosion of equipment by 10–40 μm electrolyte aerosol particles. Conventional vacuum pumps suffer from slow pumping response and frequent blockage. In contrast, the customized solution of the Dacuum DPH260/2600 vacuum unit, with a peak pumping speed of 1900 m³/h and an ultimate pressure ≤ 0.1 Pa, serves as essential equipment for improving quality and efficiency in cell production.
