On April 16, the 2026 Joint Innovation Achievements Promotion Conference of Dacheng Precision and Dacuum, themed “Sharp Insights, Forge the Future with Smart Manufacturing”, was grandly held in Changzhou.

This event gathered nearly 60 technical directors, industry experts and senior management from leading enterprises including BYD, EVE Energy, Gotion High-Tech and Coslight. Participants discussed cutting-edge technologies in vacuum equipment and lithium battery intelligent manufacturing, and exchanged views on the high-quality development of the industry.

Dacheng Precision and Dacuum worked closely together at the conference. The core highlight lay in Dacuum’s strong technical capabilities and innovative breakthroughs in vacuum technology. The event once again demonstrated Dacheng’s leading position and corporate responsibility in vacuum equipment and precision lithium battery manufacturing equipment.

At the event, Mr. Zhang Xiaoping, Chairman of Dacheng, delivered a welcome speech and extended sincere gratitude to all guests for their attendance.

He noted that this marks Dacheng’s 7th new product launch and technical exchange conference. The innovative equipment rolled out at previous sessions has become mainstream products across the industry, continuously fueling upgrades within the lithium battery sector.

Notably, as a key player in vacuum technology, Dacuum has focused on the R&D and production of vacuum pumps for many years. From core components to complete integrated solutions, the company has led industry progress through independent innovation.

Mr. Zhang shared his entrepreneurial journey in heartfelt words, focusing on Dacuum’s persistence and breakthroughs in vacuum pump development and manufacturing. His dedication to real industry, independent innovation and relentless pursuit of perfection won warm applause from the audience.

He emphasized that among the brand-new technologies and products unveiled at this conference, Dacuum’s vacuum pump series and vacuum application solutions will deliver greater value to lithium battery clients and empower their future growth.

Then the technical teams from Dacheng Precision and Dacuum took the stage one after another, presenting a full range of groundbreaking innovations.

When it came to vacuum pumps, Dacuum showcased its self-developed new-generation dry screw vacuum pumps. Every step from design and R&D to finished production is fully independent and controllable, marking a major breakthrough for the company in high-end vacuum equipment.

At the conference, our technical team gave an in-depth introduction to the full DP and DPH product lines. They addressed real pain points across lithium battery, photovoltaic, semiconductor and other industries, highlighting core strengths including low energy consumption, low noise and easy operation. With reliable domestically developed technology, we have broken overseas monopolies in this field.

In the vacuum furnace segment, we launched high-efficiency baking solutions for energy storage and power battery cells, as well as compact, high-yield solutions for small digital batteries. We have overcome technical challenges including temperature uniformity and online moisture content monitoring, and introduced electrode coil baking processes to fully meet core production requirements of lithium battery manufacturing.

The measurement and inspection division brought plenty of standout innovations. To address hot industry demands and technical bottlenecks, Dacheng Precision rolled out a full lineup of high-precision equipment: dual-energy spectrum testers, nano-grade air-float spectrum thickness gauges, full X-ray inspection machines, unmanned weight-loss cutting integrated machines, and electrode full-phase analyzers.

We also presented key components including matte gauge blocks co-developed with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and self-developed cross-spot detectors. Innovative supporting solutions such as intelligent coating closed-loop control systems, automatic coaxial adjustment systems and wide-temperature kits were also shared.

A major highlight at the conference was the launch of the ITM all-in-one inspection machine for X-ray imaging testing. It effectively fixes common industry headaches like low testing speed, inconsistent foreign object detection results and insufficient integrated functions. The equipment boosts both inspection accuracy and efficiency, greatly helping lithium battery manufacturers raise product quality and output.

The Q&A session was full of lively discussions. During the break, guests held in-depth talks covering Dacuum vacuum pumps’ technical strengths, product application scenarios and customized vacuum system solutions. They spoke highly of Dacuum’s solid technical capabilities.

After the sharing session, all guests took a group tour of Dacuum’s Changzhou manufacturing base. They focused on visiting the vacuum pump production lines, prototype pumps and matched vacuum systems. Up close, they learned about the R&D processes, core technical advantages and real-world lithium battery applications of our vacuum pumps, and witnessed Dacuum’s profound experience and innovative strength in vacuum technology.

The atmosphere stayed lively throughout the tour, and all visitors were highly engaged. Even after the official event wrapped up, many stayed behind to keep exchanging ideas and were reluctant to leave.
